LOVED ONES
We provide and connect the loved ones of incarcerated individuals to resources, support, mentors, and information.
Often the biggest needs of those on the outside is information - if we can provide it, we do. Explore our Resource Page or reach out to us for additional information and support.
COLLABORATION
We never want to "reinvent the wheel", duplicate efforts, or compete for resources. So, we seek out partnerships and ways to collaborate with agencies and entities to make connections which are mutually beneficial.
Cooperation and collaboration is our goal. If you wish to collaborate with us, kindly reach out by sending a message through our contact page.
LITE is a regional recovery hub
About
LITE is a Regional Recovery Hub through DMHA (Division of Mental Health and Addiction). These hubs were created to connect Hoosiers with mental health and substance use disorders to treatment and recovery supports through Certified Peer Recovery Coaches. Our Regional Recovery Hub is able to assist individuals with substance use disorder, regardless of where someone is in their recovery journey. This allows us to expand our outreach to our surrounding counties. We currently cover Kosciusko, Fulton, Marshall, Elkhart, St. Joseph, Miami, Wabash, Huntington, and Cass counties. Our Peer Recovery Coaches can refer individuals in these counties to detox, treatment, transitional housing, recovery residences, food pantries, etc. We provide personalized support for recovery, offering resources and guidance tailored to individual needs. Our Certified Peer Recovery Coaches bring empathy and hope, ensuring continuous support beyond referrals for lasting recovery.
If you would like to be connected to a Peer Recovery Coach and live in one of the counties above, feel free to fill out the form below.
